If you’ve enjoyed Agar Aura’s “genre-less” fragrances like Blu, Java, and Malayaku, you’re bound to love Jungle Song.
Like those perfumes, Jungle Song is an experiencemore than just a mere scent.
But this time, we took it a step further. Whereas our other genre-less fragrances were very much pegged with from-nature scent notes, Jungle Song combines the raw elements of nature with abstract aromas… esoteric even.
Bergamot, mimosa blossom and ginger lily greet the nose first, and open up into patchouli and vetiver. Crisp dry cedar and Ruh Khus (Indian hydro-distilled vetiver, an entirely different beast compared to typical vetiver oils) keep the aroma cool and dry, and prevent it from getting too damp. As for the oud, the entire fragrance is washed in it for those who are acquainted with Agar Aura’s Malaysian oud oils. Bois Noir and Impiana (a future release Malaysian oud) were used in composing Jungle Song, and those who have tried these two oud oils will immediately recognize them in abundance here.
As for those who have yet to try our oud oils, and Malaysian oils in particular, Jungle Song should rouse your curiosity. We strongly recommend sampling some of our Malaysian offerings at the very least.
Jungle Song is an immersive hologram of a wild tropical jungle, played in 8K with the colors inverted, and filtered through the palette of western perfumery. Put in other words, it’s primordial yet immaculately crisp and modern.
