A bitter sweet love affair is intertwined in this Chinese oil. The opening is green and deep with a touch of leather. As your skin heats up the oil the animalic muskiness begins to take over, raw hide on a bed of warmed Ambergris.
As we move into the dry-down stage the tart summer fruits make an appearance, a slight hint of hay still emanating but now gradually turning more citrus. Grapefruit zest with a smoky incense take the fore.
A beautiful example of Yunan aged just enough to be smooth enough to enjoy but not losing the playfulness of youth.
